Quiet Hours / Hours Of Use: Residential Facilities

Quiet Hours

10:00pm – 07:00am

Friday – Saturday

11:00pm – 10:00am

Construction Hours (noise producing work)

Monday – Friday

08:00am - 06:00pm

09:00am - 05:00pm (hardwood flooring)

Saturday – Sunday

10:00am – 05:00am

(hardwood flooring work prohibited)

Non-noise Construction is permitted outside of set hours.

No work is allowed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Exercise Studio Hours

06:00am - 10:00pm

Loading Dock Hours

08:00am - 08:00pm

Notre Dame Gate

08:00am - 11:00pm

(Before or after these hours, please use Almaden Blvd Gate)

Pool & Spa

Sunday-Thursday Sunrise - 10:00pm

Friday-Saturday Sunrise - 11:00pm

Trash Disposal

09:00am - 10:00pm

Violations

Any violation of rules may result in a minimum fine of $150.
