# Residential Facilities The term “Residential Facilities” means all of the recreational, business and parking facilities for the use and enjoyment of the Residents and their Invitees, situated within the Association Property, including, without limitation, the swimming pool, spa, pool deck, outdoor barbecues, restrooms, fitness facilities and lobbies.
