# Approval/Disapproval The Architectural Committee makes recommendations to the Board for their consider on any application received. The Board approves or disapproves the application. The party or parties making such application may appeal a decision in writing to the Board. The Board must receive the written request for appeal not more than thirty (30) days following the disapproval. Within thirty (30) days following receipt of the written request for appeal, the Board shall render its written decision.
